V0.5 of incident U-1 is now live

Incident U-1 has been updated from 0.1 to 0.5 and there are some changes:

-Changed the backgrounds of the pause and death menu's.

-Dimmed the lights.

-Lowered the zombie HP from 50 to 20.

-reworked the shoulder health light. Now it glows green when you're above 80 hp, orange if you are below 80 and finally red if you're bellow 20.

- Added gun sounds o_O.

-Remade the part system. Now after you kill a zombie you will get a part.

-Added "Exit" button on the main menu

-Added a simple tutorial. You can skip it if you leave the hallway in front of the security room.

And finally, for the final and the most important feature...

-Added a part counter so people could see how many parts they have.
